Today we’re joined by an amazing woman with a story that really summarizes the entrepreneur’s journey…
In her teens, Lori Harder struggled to overcome a difficult childhood… She was raised in a very small town with an extremely restrictive religion. She struggled with depression, obesity, and being bullied by the other kids in her town.
At the age of 18, she moved out as soon as she could, and saw fitness as the solution to all of her problems.
This started a huge period of self-sabotage in her life as she tried to deal with the pain and shame of leaving her family behind.
She soon turned to alcohol to numb the pain and started hanging out with the wrong crowd.
But thankfully, that little voice in her head that kept telling her she was meant for something more in life…
That she was meant to make a difference, never went away. In fact, it just got louder and louder the more the tried to drown it out. Today’s episode is about what she did next…
How she turned her pain and her passion into her life’s mission. How she created and launched her first business, and how she’s gone on to build a massive tribe of women around the world and a multiple 7-figure empire.
Make sure you listen to the end of this interview because it was filled with some amazing takeaways when it comes to working with your spouse.
Building a business together can add a completely new set of challenges to the mix that few couples can overcome successfully, but Lori and her husband Chris have managed to do exactly that.
Lori’s going to share some very specific strategies that they use to communicate and work through the stresses they encounter, and how they’ve continued to grow together as a couple and business partners for the past decade.
