Well gang, I have some pretty big news for you…
About two months ago, we finally figured out what caused my brain injury last June, and it was something completely unexpected.
Now we’re going to save that entire story for its own dedicated episode where my doctor will be joining me as a guest to break down everything that happened, and how I’m recovering from it, but in the meantime, I get to share one of the most valuable healers that I’ve had a chance to work with over the past year.
When the injury first occurred, I had no idea what had happened, or what caused it. I thought it must have been stress-related, and that 15 years of business stress, caffeine, and adrenaline just burned out my nervous system.
So I pursued any and every kind of therapy that I could that addressed that part of the body and mind, and one of those therapies was hypnosis.

And the really crappy part is that you’re not even aware that these stories exist. They are invisible to your conscious mind, which makes them incredibly hard to identify and then change.
Well, hypnosis is the solution to that problem. It’s one of the few ways that we can tap into our subconscious programming, identify thoughts and stories that are holding us back, and then rewrite them.
