About this Episode

Today we have an incredibly rare opportunity to sit down with the Founder of Reddit.com, Alexis Ohanian.

Founded in 2005, Reddit has become one of the top 10 most visited websites in the world, with over 280 million unique visitors per month.

If you’re not familiar with Reddit, it’s considered the society’s virtual water cooler for small talk about the most obscure interests… To public debates, and even Q&A sessions with Presidents, including Obama, and Trump.

So how did they do it?

How did Reddit go from a tiny idea, to a global phenomenon?

How did they manage that growth on a whopping $500 advertising budget?

And how do you, as a company and a brand, market and advertise effectively on a platform like Reddit which can be an extremely vocal community?
We’ll learn all of that today, and even dive into Alexis’ marriage to tennis pro, Serena Williams, and the coming challenges they’ll face as expectant parents.
