About this Episode

Today’s we’re going to sit down with Mike McEwan, who is the Founder of Jane.com

So Jane.com is a boutique marketplace that features the latest in women’s fashion trends, home decor, and children’s clothing.

Over the past few years Mike has built the company up to $100,000,000 in annual revenue, and we’re going to hear how that was done today, but what I found most interesting is that the entire company and business is based on the concept of scarcity.

This is a technique that online marketers have been using successfully for decades now, but I find it fascinating that Mike managed to take that one strategy, and turn it into $100 Million company.

But their ascent to the top hasn’t been all sunshine and rainbows. Later in today’s interview we have a chance to dive into the stress and strains that growing a company can have on your relationship, or your marriage. I won’t go into the details now, but I’ll just say that Mike shows an incredible amount of courage, as we tackle this subject and the challenges he and his wife have had to overcome in the process.
