=====================================

Welcome to the new and updated “Be Prepared” course featuring Dr. Robert Brown, MD. and Commander Cade Courtley.

In this program you’re going to learn critical information you need to know about Coronavirus…

What you and your family can do to prepare…

And how you can use a state of preparedness to stay calm, stay safe, and focus on opportunities instead of fear.

Getting “prepared” will also allow you to be of service to OTHERS.

Start by watching the videos above with Dr. Brown, and Commander Courtley.

Below, included a list every item that I personally have in my emergency preparations, and have hyperlinked everything.

At the top you’ll find an updated list of high-quality supplements that I personally use to keep my health and immune system up.

I DO NOT make any kind of affiliate or referral fee from anything you may purchase.

It’s taken me almost five years of trial and error and a ton of wasted money to get my gear to this point of refinement and effectiveness.

This “done-for-you” catalog will literally save you months of research, and thousands of dollars.

Include Cade’s real-world advice and experience as Navy SEAL, and this training series will put you miles ahead of where you are today when it comes to your family’s safety.

Once you’ve followed our steps and acquired a few essential supplies, you won’t have to worry about what happens. You’ve done what you need to do, and now you can focus on building your business, helping others, and simply enjoying life.

Health Supplies List:

These are a few clinically-tested brands and products that my doctors and I personally use to augment our immunity and health, and as of this morning, most of these products are still available on the manufacturer’s websites.

I don’t think that will remain the case for much longer.

DISCLAIMER: These are NOT products that claim to treat the Coronavirus in any way. These are examples of supplements I take to keep my body as healthy as I can.

You should talk to your doctor before using or consuming any supplements which may conflict with current medications or conditions.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Any products or therapies mentioned are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, including the Coronavirus. There are not FDA approved vaccines, drugs, supplements, or investigational products currently available to treat or prevent the Coronavirus.

Level I: We’ve Got The Basics Covered…

  1. Water Brick with spout and water preservation drops.
  2. Berkey Water Filter (Additional fluoride filter recommended).
  3. WiseFoodStorage.com – Dehydrated food
  4. MyPatriotSupply.com – Dehydrated food
  5. EmergencyKits.com – Dehydrated food
  6. Emergency Toilet. I’d get at least one per person considering how inexpensive they are. And LOTS of extra toilet paper.
  7. Matches
  8. Emergency Candles
  9. Potassium Iodide Tablets
  10. Paper road map – local or state
  11. Cash
  12. Copies of Documents – Birth Certificate, Driver’s License, and Passport.
  13. Printed Family Plan – What everyone should do, and where they should meet during an emergency without communications.
  14. Vital medications – asthma, etc…
  15. Iron Key encrypted USB for digital backup of important docs. Keep in a Faraday bag.
  16. LIFE INSURANCE policy.
  17. Living-Trust

LEVEL II: Official “Prepper” Status Achieved…

Important Supplies:

Home Defense:

  1. Non-lethal Bear Spray – Also available at any outdoor store.
  2. Glock 19 pistol if you want to use 9mm rounds. Glock 23 if you want to go with .40 caliber. Completely optional customization done by Salient Arms if you want the baddest Glock on the planet.
  3. Kel-Tec KSG shotgun. You’ll want to add something like the SigTac Weapons Light STL 300J which is what I use for target identification and the handle allows you to rack the slide of the gun MUCH faster. Keep this light in a Faraday bag with extra batteries until needed.
  4. AR-15 Assault rifle. There are literally hundreds of models to choose from at prices that start at $500, and go up to $5,000. I’d go down to your local gun shop and let them walk you through a few models.
    • You’ll want a non-battery operated scope, which means you’re likely going to end up with a Trijicon of some kind. I have the adjustable AccuPoint 1-6X model.
    • Buy as many 30 round Magpul PMag magazines as you can afford. I know from training at my ranch that you’ll lose track of the empties as soon as you swap it out. I’d recommend at least 10-20 per rifle in your home.
    • Buy a quick-release sling
    • Cleaning kit for all weapons. (Get this at your local shop).
    • Real Avid Gun Tool that stays in your weapon bag or Go Bag.
    • As much ammo as you can afford. Yes, you can buy it online!
  5. You need a gun safe of some kind, ESPECIALLY if you have kids in the house. Period. A Gun Vault is a great way to secure a pistol. If you pick up a shotgun or rifle, you’ll want to go with a traditional gun safe.
  6. Weapons training. In the Be Prepared training video with Cade, I refer to a few of my weapons as “toys.” Obviously, they are anything but that. When they’ve been verified clear, on safe, and “I’m playing with them” in my home during a non-use situation, that’s what I refer to them as casually as I do.

A gun is the ultimate responsibility, and it’s not going to do you a damn bit of good if you don’t know how to use it. The only way to do that is to get proper training and develop muscle memory. Learning how to properly load and unload your weapon, safety check it, and use proper muzzle discipline is 100% required.

I have fired over 10,000 rounds through my weapons, and have spent many weekends running tactical drills and training with a member of Seal Team 8 at my ranch, so please do not mistake my casual language for having a casual relationship with this kind of tool, and this kind of skillset.

You can get the basics down at your local gun range, or if you want to learn how to truly operate these weapons in a combat situation, go here.

Go Bags:

What’s In My Clothing-Only Go-Bag:

  1. 11 Rush 24 Backpack. Don’t forget to buy a hydration bladder which is sold separately.
  2. Salomon mid-height hiking shoes. This is my favorite outdoor brand of shoe on the planet.
  3. Patagonia Nano Puff Jacket
  4. baseball hat
  5. Oakley tactical gloves
  6. Exofficcio underwear
  7. Synthetic hiking socks
  8. Under Armour athletic shortsleeve shirt to wick sweat.
  9. Long sleeve synthetic hiking shirt to block the sun.
  10. Multicam long sleeve tactical shirt incase concealment is required.
  11. Arcteryx water and windproof shell for rain and wind protection. (Black)
  12. Arcteryx LEAF tactical pants with Arcteryx knee pads added. Crocodile color.
  13. Maverick Assault Belt from 5.11. You can’t use a normal belt for this kind of gear. You need a very stiff tactical belt that can support the weight of your holster. 5.11 makes some as well.
  14. Blackhawk drop-leg Serpa holster. Make sure you specify what kind of pistol you have and whether you’re right or left handed. I have a Glock 19 for the right leg.

I chose clothing that was in muted, natural colors… Browns, tans, blacks, or camo. I look like a hiker with the ability to throw on the camo shirt if needed. You want to blend in with other people. Dressing up in military gear will just make you stick out.

I should also mention that most of my clothing is ridiculously expensive, especially the Arcteryx stuff. The pants are around $320 plus another $100 for the kneepads. Clothing from Blackhawk or 5.11 is a great alternative at a much more reasonable price.

I’d recommend buying everything in two different sizes to see what fits you, and then return the pieces that don’t.

What’s In My Tactical Go-Bag:

  1. 11 Covrt18 backpack
  2. (2) MRE’s (Meals Ready To Eat)
  3. (4) Mountain House Pro meals
  4. Toilet paper in a ziplock bag
  5. First Need XL water purifier
  6. SOG Seal Pup Elite fixed blade knife
  7. Glock 19
    1. Blackhawk Serpa holster (Get the right model for your weapon).
    2. (4) 15 round Glock 19 magazines
    3. (2) 31 round Glock 9mm magazines
    4. 150 rounds of personal defense 9MM ammo (Hornady)
  8. Kel-Tec Sub-2000 with Picatinny rail upgrade
    1. Aimpoint T-1 sight with raised mount from LaRue tactical
    2. Magpul MS3 rifle sling
  9. (4) Readi-Masks
  10. Texas road map
  11. Goal Zero “Switch” battery charger
  12. PETZL Tikka XP2 headlamp
  13. Cash
  14. Thyrosafe Potassium Iodide Tablets
  15. Flint and steel fire-starter
  16. Barbwire cutters
  17. Extra AA, AAA, and 3 Volt batteries for any powered items. All batteries placed into small Faraday Bag
  18. REI Camping Supply Section:
    1. Sunblock
    2. Body Glide anti-chafe
    3. Hand sanitizer
    4. Jungle Juice insect repellent
    5. Travel-size tooth paste
    6. water purification tablets
    7. Electrolyte tablets
  19. MSA Millennium gas mask for Nuclear, Biological, Chemical (NBC). Make sure you buy extra 40mm CBRN cartridges.

LEVEL III: Bring It On...

PVS-14 Gen-3 night vision scope from TNVC. If you’re going to get night vision, CALL TNVC and they’ll set you up with everything you need. Super helpful.

Helmet from TNVC

Helmet mount for PVS-14 from TNVC

Infrared (IR) Weapon Laser from TNVC – This laser is invisible to the human eye, but can be seen by your night vision eyepiece. Because you can’t shoulder your weapon and use the sight as you would during the day, you must have an IR laser on your weapon in order to hit your target.

IR Helmet light – Small tool with many useful functions.

Communication system – I purchased the RCA BR950U model because it’s encrypted.

TABC III Bone Conduction Headsets – From Tactical Command Industries with push-to-talk. (MAKE SURE you call TCI and the radio seller BEFORE you buy these items because the pin pattern for the connection between the radio and the headset has to be compatible!)

PIG Plate Carrier from SKD Tactical. You’ll want to add magazine pouches for rifle and pistol magazines, a hydration pouch and bladder, and side plate carriers if you buy armor for it.

Body Armor – Level IV hard plates.

Rifle SuppressorAlso referred to as a “can” by real gun runners, or as a “silencer” by people who have only seen one in the movies. Talk to someone over the phone or at your local gun shop before ordering. Make sure the store is licensed to sell “Class 3” weapons. Most are not. They are completely legal but require a high level of responsibility.

Mine are from AAC. You can buy a suppressor for a 7.62 rifle, and also use it on your 5.56 AR-15, making it dual-use. You’ll need to pick up a Blackout 51T Flash hider for the barrel of any rifle you want to use the suppressor on, as this is how it connects to your weapon.
