There are two primary types of entrepreneurs in the world… The first is the visionary… Visionaries are the dreamers who are constantly thinking about what could be, and who are focused on solving problems with unique ideas and solutions.

Walt Disney, Elon Musk, Henry Ford, Steve Jobs, and Richard Branson are the quintessential example of a visionary. I’m a Visionary as well, and there’s a very good chance that you might be too.

But Visionary’s often lack the discipline and attention to detail required to bring their visions to life by themselves.

A second role is needed in the company to actually get things done.

This person is known as the Integrator.

Without an Integrator to turn a vision into reality, a Visionary is far less likely to succeed long-term and realize the company’s ultimate goals—likewise, without a Visionary, an Integrator can’t rise to his or her full potential. When these two people share their natural talents and innate skill sets, they have the power to reach new heights for virtually any company or organization.

Creating a powerful Visionary/Integrator duo is the key ingredient you need to get your company to the next level. After all, Walt Disney couldn’t have done it without his brother Roy. Henry Ford wouldn’t have built an empire without his Integrator, James Couzens. And, Ray Kroc wouldn’t have created the largest restaurant chain in the world without Fred Turner. These companies were all small once.

This explosive combination is the key to getting everything you want out of your business!
